Netil House, known as one of East London's most dynamic communities,
began its new life in September 2009 when it was transformed by Creative
Network Partners.
Netil
House is
home to 94 creative studios,
Netil Market, Netil000 and
rooftop events space Netil360.
Over 100 creative businesses reside in our building from acrobats
to music
producers to
photographers to art
restorers to filmmakers
and
the list keeps growing.
Established in 2011,
Hackney Downs Studios
has been transformed from a
redundant printworks to an enterprising arts and business hub. There are
three versatile
event spaces and over
90 serviced
studios and
workspaces for creative businesses. There's also a series of rooftops,
railway arches, a secret garden and our cafe,
The Russet.
We're proud of the amazing transformation that our buildings have
undergone. Netil House and Hackney Downs Studios have been transformed
from derelict buildings
to house a large community of creatives.
